Raising the Tax Credit to $15,000 to ANY Homebuyer
Have you been thinking for awhile that you've outgrown your home and would like more square footage? Are you interested in a different neighborhood/city in which to move your family to? Would $15,000 help you to realize your dream?
Senator Johnny Isakson, Republican from Georgia, has initiated a proposal to our legislation that would raise the tax credit amount, with no caps, to a maximum $15,000. His proposal would not be just for first-time homebuyers, as was the first Tax Credit that had passed and is soon to be expired. Senator Johnny Isakaon's proposal would include ANY homebuyer for ANY Home over the Next Year!
This proposal would help stimulate the entire housing market and give everyone a chance to purchase a home. Plus, give our economy a push in the right direction.
