The Fitness Room

The Stoneybrook West Fitness Room was remodeled last year so there is no excuse for us now, to not exercise. Lots of brand new exercise equipment to conquer plus a larger room too! Contact the Town Center to learn how to properly use the new exercise equipment plus if you would like to know how to start a workout program.

Fitness Adventure Club

How about joining the Fitness Club? On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting Jan. 21st from 5:30pm to 6:30pm classes will be held. Classes will include weight training to cardiovascular exercise and CORE training. You will also learn about Nutrition, Teamwork, Competition and ways to vary your workout.
