It was a lucky day when my husband Brian found the names of real estate agents Theresa and Paul Caponi. We had a meeting with them and were immediately impressed. Their professionalism and skill in selling our home was nothing short of amazing. Theresa with her incredible eye for photography made a stunning photo presentation for all to admire on the internet. The result produced many buyers interested in seeing the house. Since we were not local residents, but lived out of state, Paul stepped in and provided us with house cleaners and landscape maintenance to keep the house looking beautiful. Within a very short time we had a contract and a smooth settlement. My husband and I were very pleased.
